Inter Milan v Chelsea: Carlo Ancelotti concerned by left-back injury crisis

Brazilian application player Juliano Belletti, who has been out for a month with a knee injury, is set to lapse in place of harmed twin Yury Zhirkov and Ashley Cole.

Zhirkov is out with a calf complaint and Cole is sidelined with a damaged ankle, whilst Paulo Ferreira, who has deputised at left-back before, is not purebred for Champions League competition.

"Definitely it"s a problem, we are blank dual critical players," Ancelotti said.

"Belletti is back, he has been precision all week and has been precision well. We will really find a solution, however, Ashley Cole and Zhirkov are going to be missed."

It is the initial time Ancelotti has returned to the San Siro given switching northern Italy for west London last summer.

And the Italian has refuted claims that he believed majority Italian supporters would wish Chelsea to triumph.

Mikel, brought to Chelsea by Mourinho, admits he has a soft mark for his former manager but that will meant zero when he crosses the white line tonight.
