Architect Frank Gehry unveils latest building in Las Vegas

The Canadian-American architect"s ultimate $74 million (�50 million) project, that is roughly complete, is the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Centre for Brain Health. It will be used to investigate disorders such as Alzheimer"s and Parkinson"s.

Gehry pronounced "Some people might think it"s over the top. I don"t think so. You broach a singular construction that creates a clarity of pride, that works, that keeps the sleet out, is uplifting, and creates you happy to go to work and live in.

"They asked me to do something singular in Las Vegas, something they would be unapproachable of. That"s flattering difficult to do since Vegas has each sort of room one can think of."
