Dentist privileged of intimately assaulting patients

Adrian Heath, who unsuccessful to get inaugurated as a Lib Dem MP in 2005, was indicted of ""weighing"" the breasts of one of his victims prior to he ""tweaked"" her nipple.

The 44-year-old, of Rosebury Avenue, Lincoln, was privileged by a jury at Nottingham Crown Court of five counts of passionate assault.

It was purported he assaulted 4 opposite women in between Nov 2007 and Aug 2008.

After withdrawal the dock, Dr Heath fell in to the arms of his mother and proposed crying.

During the eight-day trial, he described the claim he groped one his patients at the Genesis Dental Care use in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, as ""bizarre"" and ""ridiculous"".

The initial purported attack took place in front of one of the woman"s friends and a dental helper in Aug 2008.

The jury was told he afterwards asked to outlay a little time alone with the lady after he had carried out an X-ray so she could discuss it him anything she was shaken about.

He was afterwards indicted of assaulting the lady for a second time, stealing her left breast and afterwards right breast from her bra and "weighing" them in his hands prior to "tweaking" one of her nipples.

The justice listened that Dr Heath went on to ask his plant to remove her trousers but she refused, observant she had been "embarrassed enough".

Dr Heath denied ever in contact with the lady inappropriately. He pronounced he was checking her glands around her mouth for signs of infection after she complained of an abscess.

He told the justice "I unquestionably repudiate that I intimately overwhelmed her. I utterly reject these accusations. I think they are bizarre. It"s ridiculous."

Dr Heath, who lost out to the Conservative Edward Leigh for the chair of Gainsborough in the 2005 General Election, left the justice but creation any comment
